Dollars & Chocolate
Dollars & Chocolate (strange name, I know - you'll have to visit to understand why) is a personal site that charts the 7-month expedition I took part in during 1995-6 with a group of friends.
The site reproduces an article I originally wrote for a Land Rover magazine and expands on that with several pages of photos and sections covering our preparation, route and other specific details.
It's clearly a tiny site compared to those I work on professionally, but gives me a lot of pleasure to see visitors from around the world visit, and frequently email with compliments or to request travel advice.
During the site's busiest month so far, an average of 850 pages were served a day, with a maximum of over 6,500 on it's busiest day. Frankly, I don't believe a word of it, but stats is stats...
